EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) announces the election of Brett Deane, CCM, to EBA’s Board of Directors as a senior vice president. Currently Vice President of EBA’s Construction Services Group, Deane joined EBA in 2022. Since then, he has been instrumental in advancing the company’s construction services and implementing safe practices for field operations.

“Brett’s commitment to excellence and passion for the construction industry continue to enhance EBA’s strength and reputation in this market sector,” says Rizwan Siddiqi, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. “His positive energy, strong business management skills, and dedication to our employees make him a valuable addition to our Board of Directors.”

Deane has nearly two decades of transportation and construction management experience. Prior to joining EBA, he spent 15 years with the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (SHA) where he served as an engineer and later as Assistant District Engineer for Construction. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing all SHA construction projects in District 1 and led a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff in the safe and timely delivery of projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
