Profile

Kevin has over 30 years of construction management experience and is a registered professional engineer, certified construction specifier, and designated design-build professional. Kevin has worked as a project engineer on a variety of highway, bridge, and water/wastewater projects. He is Principal-in-Charge of EBA’s Construction Management and Inspection and Construction Materials Testing Departments, responsible for assuring quality construction on time and on budget. He manages a staff of over 60 project engineers and construction inspectors.

Kevin served on the Maryland Quality Initiative (MdQI) Steering Committee for 20 years, as a Committee Chair for American Council of Engineering Companies/Maryland (ACEC/MD), and is a past President of the Maryland Association of Engineers.
