Associate and Vice President, Geotechnical Engineering and Laboratory Testing
Jason has been instrumental in building EBA’s geotechnical engineering practice and is Vice President of EBA’s Geotechnical Engineering and Laboratory Testing Departments. He has more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction inspection and has served as project manager for high-profile projects, such as EBA’s geotechnical services on the Anacostia River Tunnel and Northeast Boundary Tunnel projects in Washington, DC.
Jason holds bachelor’s degrees in horticultural science and civil engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
