Bob is a registered professional engineer with over 40 years of experience serving EBA’s clients. He was responsible for both the Construction Management and Inspection and Construction Materials Testing Departments. In this capacity, Bob partnered with the Vice President of each department to oversee construction management, field engineering, surveillance and inspection, field and laboratory construction materials testing, and contract compliance.

Bob has held leadership positions for a variety of professional associations, including President of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers (MDSPE), Chair of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers (MDSPE) Educational Foundation, and Chair of the Order of the Engineer, Link 59. After serving as State Director, Bob was elected to become a Fellow of the MDSPE in 2008. He also represented engineering consultants as the Associate Director of the County Engineers Association of Maryland from 2008 through 2010.
