A Senior Vice President of Business Development, Amir’s 50 years of experience in transportation and civil engineering include expertise in bridge and facility design and construction as well as mega project delivery programs.

A recognized expert in transportation structures design, Amir has more than three decades of experience with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and several other southeastern transportation departments. He is a licensed professional engineer in 13 states, including Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and earned his bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky.
