Rewrapping and Dehumidification of Bay Bridge Main Cables

EBA provided construction inspection services for concrete and expansion joint repairs and maintenance of traffic as part of the effort to upgrade the eastbound and westbound Bay Bridges in Annapolis, Maryland. This multifaceted project included re-wrapping, dehumidifying, and installing security shielding at the main cables and anchorages of the eastbound and westbound Bay Bridges. The new dehumidification system helps reduce potential moisture within the cables by injecting dry air into the cables.
