Program and Asset Management Services

EBA is working with a team of consultants to provide asset management services to the City of Baltimore Utility Asset Management Division (UAMD). The team is helping UAMD plan and implement infrastructure improvement and maintenance strategies for water distribution, wastewater collection, conveyance, and stormwater management systems. EBA’s field activities include performing asset inspections and assessments under the FOG program; organizing, analyzing, and populating the GIS database; helping identify future maintenance projects; reviewing CCTV tapes for pipeline condition assessments; and performing life cycle cost analyses.
