Jairo has been with EBA since 1990 and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He oversees EBA’s Accounting Department as well as EBA’s business and financial planning. Additionally, Jairo is responsible for price/contract negotiation and cost proposal preparation. His expertise includes business administration and international finance. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant with the State of Maryland.
