Cody Ondos, PE, CCM

Assistant Vice President, Construction Management & Inspection

Cody Ondos oversees EBA’s Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) department, drawing on extensive experience delivering transportation and vertical infrastructure projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. His background spans highways, bridges, rail and transit systems, aviation facilities, mixed-use developments, and other complex public infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, Cody has served as a resident engineer, construction manager, and owner’s representative for a diverse range of public-sector clients, including the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA), Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), and Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA). Notably, he served as the owner’s representative for Amtrak’s $2.7 billion Susquehanna River Rail Bridge Program, a transformative initiative to expand freight and passenger rail capacity along the Northeast Corridor.

At EBA, Cody helps clients navigate project delivery from preconstruction planning through final completion. His expertise includes field inspection, contract administration, quality management, project controls, stakeholder coordination, and risk management. Having worked across both horizontal and vertical construction, he understands the technical, operational, and stakeholder challenges associated with complex capital programs.

Cody holds a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, and Pennsylvania and a certified construction manager (CCM). He is also actively involved in industry organizations, including the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers (MDSPE).
