Steve has more than 40 years of experience in engineering and construction. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and he graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is Principal-in-Charge of EBA’s Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, and Transportation Engineering, Surveying, and Geospatial Technologies Departments and is responsible for the company’s corporate strategic planning and marketing. Since joining EBA in 1983, Steve has been involved in the design of a wide variety of projects in the mid-Atlantic region including roads, railways, bridges, buildings, dams, tunnels, piers, wharfs, and other facilities.
