Profile

Steve has more than 40 years of experience in engineering and construction. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Maryland, and he graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Since joining EBA in 1983, Steve has been involved in the design of a wide variety of projects including roads, railways, bridges, buildings, dams, tunnels, piers, wharfs, and other facilities, located across the mid-Atlantic region.

As officer-in-charge of EBA’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control program, he oversees the implementation and management of EBA’s QA/QC processes and maintains our commitment to project excellence and client satisfaction.
