MT Chaudhry, PE

Associate/Vice President, Structural Engineering

MT is a professional engineer with more than 40 years of experience leading engineering teams for the successful delivery of bridge, tunnel, and roadway projects. He is a certified team leader and program manager for both National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) bridge inspections and National Tunnel Inspection Program (NTIP) tunnel inspections.

He has managed and delivered high-profile transportation design and inspection projects throughout the U.S., including the I-10/SR 601 Interchange project in Harrison County, Mississippi, a four-level interchange with 21 bridges; the Fifth Runway bridge structure over I-285 at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport; and the systemwide inspection of bridges and tunnels for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA).

He previously served as the Division Bridge Engineer for the Federal Highway Administration Maryland Division, where he assessed the State of Maryland’s compliance with NBIS for the state’s approximately 5,250 bridges.

As Vice President of the firm’s Structural Engineering department, MT oversees the department’s projects and operations, along with managing client relations and business development. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from The Ohio State University.
