Dale Coppage has over 39 years of engineering, management and administration experience in transportation engineering and public works activities with 29.5 years in the public sector and 10 years at EBA Engineering. He retired from the Prince George’s County Department of Public Works and Transportation as Deputy Director responsible for the daily operations of the 430 employee Department. During the past ten years with EBA, Dale has provided transportation engineering services to both public and private clients. Dale has also participated extensively in the strategic planning efforts for EBA Engineering over the past 5 years.

Dale’s experience and expertise extends to many disciplines, including: traffic engineering and transit operations; roadway and bridge programs; project management; infrastructure inventories and asset management; emergency operations; and general management and administration functions. Dale is an active member of the County Engineers’ Association of Maryland where he was awarded Life Membership and a Meritorious Service Award.
