Bruce leads EBA’s geospatial technologies and asset management services division. He has more than 30 years of management and technical experience in planning and implementing geographic information system (GIS) solutions for transportation, utility, state, and county government clients. He has played key roles as a lead consultant, project manager, and system analyst for a variety of custom GIS applications. He specializes in strategic and implementation planning, project management, and business requirement assessment for information management and workflow definition.
In 2001, Bruce was honored with the first annual Pennsylvania Award for Excellence in GIS for his “visionary application of geospatial technology serving the citizens of Pennsylvania.”
Bruce is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Geospatial Transportation User Group Steering Committee, as well as the Urban and Rural Information Systems Association (URISA). He holds a master’s degree in geography from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in geography from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
