Profile

Stacey is Vice President of EBA’s Geospatial Technologies and Asset Management department. Her 25 years of industry and leadership experience encompass all aspects of project management including client engagement, requirements determination, custom software troubleshooting and upgrades, status reporting, and other efforts to help meet clients’ technology needs. Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and is a certified GIS professional. She previously served as two-term President of the County GIS Professionals, a technology program of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania.
