Virginia Railway Express Commuter Lot

EBA performed construction management and engineering inspection for the new Spotsylvania County Virginia Railway Express 1,500-space commuter lot, located southwest of Route 17 and Crossroads Parkway in Spotsylvania, Virginia.

EBA provided quality assurance inspection and testing services for sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, site access road, highway and intersection improvements, turning lanes, access roads, traffic signals, stormwater management facilities, and water and sewer infrastructure. EBA also provided construction estimates, surveying, erosion and sediment control, shop drawing review, and materials testing services.
