LAUREL, MD (1/31/25) — EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Ventmiller to Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chairman of the Board. Ventmiller joined EBA in 2010 and was previously EBA’s controller and senior vice president of the firm’s accounting department.

With more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience in the A/E/C industry, Ventmiller has worked in various capacities ranging from assistant controller to treasurer. Through her various accounting, HR, and administrative leadership positions, she has gained considerable expertise in business and financial planning, standard operating procedures, payroll processes, contract management, inventory control, and financial reporting.

Ventmiller is succeeding Jairo Palomino, CPA, who will become a senior associate effective February 1, 2025. Palomino will remain with the firm as he transitions to retirement after 35 years of service to EBA.

Ventmiller earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore.
