EBA Welcomes Back Robert Ziemski as Senior Construction Manager

EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is pleased to announce the return of Robert (Bob) Ziemski as a senior construction manager in the firm’s construction management and inspection (CMI) department.

Based in EBA’s Laurel, Maryland, headquarters, Ziemski will support the firm’s Maryland CMI operations and oversee transportation construction projects. Bringing more than 40 years of experience in program and project management, contract administration, and construction inspection, he will play a key role in supporting EBA’s projects and clients.

Ziemski’s prior work at EBA involved managing bridge, roadway, tunnel, utility, and facility projects for clients such as Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA), Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), and WSSC Water. He also previously served as an MDTA/SHA area engineer for 12 years and a project engineer for 18 years.

In his new role, Ziemski will oversee construction management and inspection projects, leveraging his experience in budget monitoring, contract administration, materials testing, and site safety compliance. His ability to develop strong partnerships with project stakeholders and manage complex highway, bridge, environmental restoration, traffic signal, and safety improvement projects will help drive EBA’s continued success.
