EBA Promotes Joseph Danquah to Vice President
EBA is proud to announce the promotion of Joseph Danquah, PE, from Assistant Vice President to Vice President and Officer of the firm. Joseph also leads EBA’s Water Systems Engineering department, overseeing a comprehensive range of services, including water and wastewater systems planning, design, upgrades, and inspection.

Joseph joined EBA over 17 years ago and has been instrumental in advancing the company’s water engineering practice. He is the chair of the ACEC/MW Water Infrastructure Committee and has presented at several conferences including Tri-Con and WaterJAM. Before joining EBA, he earned his master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and his bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana.
With more than 24 years of experience in water, wastewater, and sanitary infrastructure systems modeling and design, Joseph is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland and the District of Columbia. His expertise has facilitated the delivery of high-profile, complex projects for clients such as Baltimore City and County, WSSC Water, DC Water, City of Bowie and Rockville, NASA, and numerous other agencies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
