EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan Disney to vice president of marketing and communications. Disney joined EBA in 2015 and is also an associate of the firm.

“Megan has worked tirelessly to direct our marketing initiatives and to help strategically position and promote EBA as a leader in the AEC industry,” said EBA President and CEO Rizwan Siddiqi, PE. “She has been integral to improving our marketing and sales efforts and supporting EBA’s success since joining us.”

With 20 years of AEC industry experience, Disney has previously led EBA’s marketing pursuits and initiatives as the firm’s marketing and communications manager. She specializes in proposal development, marketing communications, training and mentorship, and strategic planning and implementation.

Disney earned dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management from Texas Tech University. She currently serves on the public relations committee for the American Council of Engineering Companies/Maryland (ACEC/MD).
