Road Resurfacing and Reconstruction Inspection and Testing

Since 2021, EBA has provided construction management and inspection, materials testing, pavement rating, and condition inspection services for road resurfacing, reconstruction, and preventative and routine maintenance projects in the Anne Arundel County Pavement Management Program. Work includes pavement condition ratings for pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk assets; hot mix asphalt roadway resurfacing; neighborhood reconstruction including curb and gutter, sidewalks, residential and commercial driveway entrances, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps; alley reconstruction; permanent patching; microsurfacing and slurry seal; surface treatment and cape seal; hot in-place recycling; and localized sidewalk and ADA curb ramp replacement.

Through a steadfast commitment to quality, client-focused services, EBA recently received a new contract from Anne Arundel County to continue providing these services for the next 10 years.
