The 2021 annual Mid Atlantic Journal of Trenchless Technology has featured EBA’s urgent needs engineering services to repair a 48-inch PCCP water main breach, which had shut down water service to a large population in the City of Baltimore. This project is an example of successfully using carbon fiber wrap, a cost-effective technology for PCCP repair, to provide a long-term, effective solution that could be implemented quickly on a project with unique site constraints.
