MDSPE Inducts EBA Engineering’s DJ Biswas into College of Fellows
EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is pleased to announce that vice president Dhruba (DJ) Biswas, PE, CCM, PMP, LEED AP, has been named a Fellow of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers (MDSPE). Biswas was inducted into the MDSPE College of Fellows at a ceremony on January 23, 2020, at The Engineers Club of Baltimore.
“Being named an MDSPE Fellow is one of the highest honors for an engineer in our state, and DJ definitely deserves this recognition for his outstanding career of service,” said EBA President and CEO Rizwan Siddiqi, PE.
MDSPE created the state College of Fellows in 2005 to recognize professional engineers who have demonstrated exemplary service to their profession, society, and community.
Biswas is vice president of EBA’s structural engineering, surveying and mapping, and transportation engineering departments and a registered professional engineer with more than 35 years of engineering and construction management experience. As a principal, Biswas is also responsible for oversight and management of EBA’s office in Washington, DC.
Biswas serves as MDSPE’s vice president of education and is responsible for leading the team that plans the society’s annual conference.
