For the past 14 years, he has served as Facilities Program Manager at Baltimore City, where he was responsible for overseeing the team of consultants assisting Baltimore City on study and design reviews, coordination and management of outside consultants, and program planning, scheduling, and budgeting reviews.
“Bruce has a tremendous depth of experience, from development of feasibility studies, concept designs, and detail designs to preparation of construction plans, specifications, and permit applications, review of construction shop drawings and materials, and providing engineering support for facility operations,” says EBA President Rizwan Siddiqi, PE.
“He has also played a key role in helping Baltimore City to monitor upcoming federal and state regulations which have the potential to impact water and wastewater facilities,” Siddiqi notes. “He has been instrumental in developing the Baltimore City Department of Public Works Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2002 through 2016, all while providing project and quality management on 20 wastewater treatment facilities with capacity ratings of up to 180 million gallons per day.”
McClure’s background also includes preparing numerous regional feasibility studies for wastewater treatment facilities, sludge processing facilities, and septage management programs.
